Product Overview

The 3M Boardmount Socket 929 Series offers a reliable interconnect solution with .100" and .100" x .100" spacing. Featuring a tuning fork contact design and straight solder tails, these sockets are designed for efficient production wave soldering with solder standoffs. Available in single-row configurations from 1 to 40 contacts and double-row from 2 to 80 contacts, they provide flexibility for various board-to-wire applications. An optional board retention feature enhances mechanical stability. These sockets are suitable for applications requiring a current rating of 2 amps maximum and operate within a temperature range of -40C to +105C.
